From reading these lyrics I think it's about the point of review of an army recruiter, he's saying 'If you've got muscle we may be interested'. With promises of honour and the opportunity to be a 'Special guy' but then they bring it to the truth and say 'Don't lose that smile while you're vomiting'

@ICantUnderStandYou It's about Olympia Washington's annual Lakefair carnival and all the rednecks that come into town for it.
