this song is about the shallowness of hollywood and the expectations people think they have to live up to. i guess it doesnt have to be specically hollywood. maybe the entertainment industry.

I think this song a wake up call to Hollywood relise that they destroying Hollywood's image by making everyone obsessed about their weight and their looks. But moving on... I think this is about an actress/actor battling with eating disorder, he/she constently starves himself by thinking 'if I'm skinny, I might get a acting job.' But anyone could've told you this, so I don't see the point of writing this.
