First of all, this is the very first song by the Black Keys I heard and it was like the piece of puzzle life had been missing! They are so very talented on every album. Anywhoo..
I think he's telling his love that he's the only man who is truly willing to give his heart to her; to completely give himself to her and be vunerable in a way no other man is willing to be for her sake.
He's also saying that he's here for her now, that he'll always be, and even when he's gone (dead and/or traveling) he's still always going to love her.
