I actually liked this one better than Who Let The Dogs Out when I first heard it. My sister had it on one of those NOW! That's What I Call Music! CDs. I thought it was cool how they listed the names of all these old dance moves.
I love this song. Great way to get people dancing and a song that is upbeat.
I think it means at least to me is how dance evolved throughout time and how people still do their dances (such as naming the cities or countries who have their old tradition dance.)
