I've gone over and over this song and couldn't get a grasp on the meaning then I read that it was about having unprotected sex with a minor.. And it sorta made sence but I got more this guys inlove with an underage girl like when he says "put your dimonds up for auction" like give up your virginity. And also when he's says " what I want is to want what you want" like he wants her but only if she does.
Lol I think its more based on a relationship not sex. " Down in my town they don't care now" sorta fits.
But that's just me. :)
