i think that this song is about two people whose relationship has ended. the guy sees her in everything he does, and cant get her out of his head. but at the same time, he doesnt understand why they arent together anymore.
I think the song is about how he treated her so good then she went right on dumping his butt and just leaving him there. And no where ever he goes he always sees reminders of her and how everything used to be and he can't get over how much he misses her and the relationship. I know exactly how he feels. :(
