i think this song is about how yellowcard always tries to write meaningful songs that their fans can relate their problems to. the problem is that everybody has a heavy heart for a different reason and they can't write an individual song for all of them, and the effort to do so has become overwhelming.
the bombs are other people's problems that the band has heard of, but they have their own problems to worry about, hence, "there is a bomber in me too."
i don't know it's just an idea, but the last verse especially makes sense if you think of it this way.
i've heard the 30 second demo they put on they're myspace was the intro to this song, is it true?
This song is definitely badass, but their best album? That's doubtful...

AMAZING song. although these lyrics are pretty screwed up. either way, it's been really helpful lately...fits perfectly to the situation i'm in. a friend asked me for an honest opinion, which i didn't want to give at first (these are the things i think but i will never tell). i was finally persuaded into honesty; apparently it was not the right thing to say (if i could press restart, then i would hold back every breath that went too far). now they won't talk to me (this is the deepest cut i think i have ever felt). and the fact that they are, at heart, so mad at me; their heart becomes like a bomb (these are your hearts...etc). so yes....i'm pretty much breathing to this song right now

Though I think some typoes up there.. "Like bombs there coming down?" there should be they're... and there's some other stuff that doesn't sound right..
I own the album but it wasnt on it... this song is so fucking good; itd even work as a single ffs =)
I think theres same mistakes, correct me if I am wrong..... "I am an echo I am hurt but never seen" should be "I am an echo I am HEARD but never seen" and where it says "Collecting leafs collecting all abandoned hearts" i think its "Collecting NAMES collecting all abandoned hearts"
