Open Fire Lyrics
It's like...screaming while tied to a rack
You keep talk, talkin' back
Too many obstacles in my path
Up against the wall...Open Fire!
Break glass and spray paint the walls
It's time to grow some fucking balls
We're at war against them all
Up against the wall...Open fire!
(Chorus:) Who are you to look down on me? Open fire!
The firing squad's taking aim...Open fire!
In a blindfold we look the same...open fire!
Yeah!!! Open fire!!!
There's panic, panic in the streets
There's panic, panic in the homes
There's panic everywhere we go
Up against the wall...open fire!
You're laughing, you're laughing at me
But you + me = we
We're in search of unity
Up against the wall...open fire!
Ready, aim, fire (boom)
Fire...you can't control me
Firing squad's in front of me (x2)
Up against the wall, up against the wall
Put the blindfold on, put the blindfold on.
You keep talk, talkin' back
Too many obstacles in my path
Up against the wall...Open Fire!
Break glass and spray paint the walls
It's time to grow some fucking balls
We're at war against them all
Up against the wall...Open fire!
The firing squad's taking aim...Open fire!
In a blindfold we look the same...open fire!
Yeah!!! Open fire!!!
There's panic, panic in the homes
There's panic everywhere we go
Up against the wall...open fire!
You're laughing, you're laughing at me
We're in search of unity
Up against the wall...open fire!
Fire...you can't control me
Firing squad's in front of me (x2)
Up against the wall, up against the wall
Put the blindfold on, put the blindfold on.

This song is a "battlecry" in response to the fear the mainstream has of individualism (but being unified as humans, hence the 3rd stanza) and how those that don't conform tend to be marginalized, the firing squad situation being a metaphor for the opppression of the masses. It's an angry retort in response to how society percieves people that dont fit into the mould, and its a call to arms to rebel against the popular authority.
I'm going to add the rest of the new cd unless someone else beats me too it.
