I'm suprised no one has commented this song. well... I heard it is only available on Take Action Vol. 6.
But I honestly, it has something to do with some sort of abuse. That they are afraid to come out about what has happened, and they just wait silently until someone helps. "my prayers have fallen on deaf ears" This possibly means that when he asked for help, any sort, it seemed like not even God could help him.
