Q&A
Story Ends Lyrics
there's an angel passing by
she asks me if i'd like to fly
i told her "yeah i'll have a try"
but it's so high
it's so high
it's so high
it's so high
but still i climbed above my wind
into the heavens lookin' thin
now i've been waiting for a year
and i'm still here
i'm still here
i'm still here
i'm still here
which is where the story ends
which is why it all depends
on the kindness of your friends
once again
once again
once again
once again
once again
once again
once again
once again
(undiscernable spoken part of intro music.)
she asks me if i'd like to fly
i told her "yeah i'll have a try"
but it's so high
it's so high
it's so high
it's so high
into the heavens lookin' thin
now i've been waiting for a year
and i'm still here
i'm still here
i'm still here
i'm still here
which is why it all depends
on the kindness of your friends
once again
once again
once again
once again
once again
once again
once again
once again

Damn close, man. First line I think begins "Came an angel". Second verse first line, "climbed above my fear." Second line, I've got no idea what he says but for the rhyme scheme it's got to rhyme with fear and year.
And cheers, R
