A Girl's Toolbox Lyrics

I see what you see
I know what you know
I hear what you hear
I feel what you feel
Don't look through me like I am nothing
Don't look through me like I am nothing
I've got a wrench
I've got a screw
I've got a hammer
But the nail isn't you
Come with me we will build a housetree
We will see
We will tear down these streets
Tear down these streets
Tear down these streets
I'm spinning, I'm turning around [×4]
I'm turning around, I'm turning around
I'm spinning, I'm turning around[×2]
I see what you see
I know what you know
I hear what you hear
I feel what you feel

Cover art for A Girl's Toolbox lyrics by Tattle Tale

I kind of think this one is pretty self-explanatory.

It's a girl basically saying "Ok. You can stay with me. I'll love you. But you're not the nail that holds my world together."

I've got a wrench I've got a screw. I've got a hammer but the nail isn't you.

Self-explanatory, yes?
