This isn't The Bass Song. This song (as far as I'm aware) is called Savannah Part Two and was released as an MP3 on the Horses website way back when. I don't think it's been released any other way.

No clue what this is about.....seems to be bunch of random thoughts......judging by the minor sound of the song I would say its about maybe breaking up with a girl....maybe because he is on the road or something. He also seems to appreciate everything around him......
