i'm not sure what the song is about but its one of my favorites on the new cd ^_^ but i do like when he goes oh no here we go again like he did on Today Is The Number Seventeen
Easily one of my favorite songs on their new cd - along with Boys! Grab Your Guns, of course.
To me, it's about someone who tests their limits too much and goes too far and doesn't know the meaning on the word "Stop". They just go on and go on and go on till their 'respect has been sold' and they're 'ready to explode' or, you know, have a breakdown.

i think is about a friend thats going way too far and thinking he's untouchable and can do whatever he wants. but the writer of the song knows hes out of control and wants the person to realize it.

I think that the song is about someone maybe that the speaker knows, maybe used to be good friends with but grew appart. And so he just sits back and watches. So the person just goes off and keeps on doing things that are worse and worse. But also the person has a reputation of not being this mess. Because they are the line "Prentend your straight" makes it seem like its a person who people just don't really realize that they are messed up except for the speaker.
