That's because it is a rip off of "I wear my sunglasses at night" - it is an exact replica except for the chorus. Of all the Miley Cyrus songs I have heard there are direct rip offs from other songs. Can't blame Miley of course because she doesn't write her own songs...and the production company most likely owns the rights to the older songs they are ripping off so no royalties really needing to be paid probably.
