I think this song is about how two people had a serious relationship going & how the girl was a "perfect girlfriend" or a "good girl" in general, but since the guy decided to go behind her back and cheat, the girl became vengeful ( which is out of her nature) and then began doing the same thing or being out of control... when she says "Cuz when a good girl goes bad.. She's gone forever" she means that once a guys plays with a girls heart and breaks her it's like the girl is changed forever.

Hey! My name is Robyn. I recon the meaning of this song, is that there is a girl and a boy who have a "perfectly good" relationship going on. Then, one day the boy ends up going behind the girl's back which really breaks her heart. So, she gets fed up and wants revenge so she turns bad! This song is so true, also, so many girls have changed bad and slaggy over a boy that is fucked up!
