The Longest Hour of My Life Lyrics

(Verse 1)
Standing on the runway watching all the planes go by
Wonedring if i'm ever gonna see you on the other side

(Chorus)
And I wanna tell you straight, sometimes you have to wait,
but it's worth it even if it's a little late uh huh.

I miss the rain, I miss the sun
when I'm at home, I miss being gone.
I miss that subway rattling by,
the longest hour of my life
What I miss the most is you.

(Verse 2)
The cemetary gates are the only place I feel alive
I'm leaving you a note in a place that will be easy to find.

And I gotta tell you straight, sometimes you have to wait.
But it's worth it even if it comes too late uh huh.

I miss the rain, I miss the sun
when I'm at home I miss being gone.
I miss that subway rattling by,
the longest hour of my life
What I miss the most is you.

I'm gonna tell you straight,
sometimes you have to wait.
But it's worth it even if it comes too late uh huh.

I miss the rain, I miss the sun
when I'm at home I miss being gone.
I miss that subway rattling by,
the longest hour of my life
What I miss the most is you
the rain, I miss the sun
when I'm at home I miss being gone.
I miss that subway rattling by,
the longest hour of my life
What I miss the most is you.

I miss you the most
I'm just a boy without you.

I love this song. I can't believe no one has commented yet! I just got it yesterday and it was on repeat for a while..hahah. To me this is about a boy who misses a girl he once had. Based on the chorus, it sounds like he always misses what he doesn't have.
