this is exactly my situation... kate walsh realy nails it right.. The only thing she doesn't mention is that when you actually see that other person feeling like crap ('don't go around being happy'), you feel really bad for wanting it in the first place... well, i did.
probably my favorite song of Kate Walsh, i think it's about someone who was in love with someone,in a relationship, and this other person doesn't get that after they broke up, she can't see them again. i know what it's like to not be able to look at someone with them breaking your heart again. only thing is, i believe it's 'like on the silver screens my love' instead of 'screams'. It makes more sense, refering to the cinema or the TV; how beautiful love always seems in movies

Once again, she nails it. If you've ever been in a situation like this you know how incredibly miserable it is to see an ex again, especially happy. It hurts and brings back all of that pain and heartache and makes you fall back in love with that person all over again. This song couldn't describe it any better.
