i think basically the song is about letting your worries go and just living life with your friends. you can't dwell on smaller worries when there's your whole life out there!
I think in this song he talks about where they are in life at this point... how wonderful it is to be alive and be blessed with the friends and fans they have and that he hopes he isn't dreaming because it feels like heaven.
