Fujiyama is the highest mountain in japan and a dormant volcano.Basically she is reckless and out of control like a volcano can be when erupted.

Fujiyama Mama is an obvious reference to the atomic bomb. Notice, Nagasaki and Hiroshima. Never the less, it's just a good old honky tonk song. The Japanese realized this. Despite the bomb references this song was number one in Japan for almost forever in the early 60's. The Japanese are still performing it today.
