i cannot believe nobody has commented this yet. this is one of my favourite songs, yet i dont really understand it lol
great great song, I thought it was about sickness and fear and how sick inside i makes you feel. but now that I read the lyrics in full, I think it might be about alcohol/drug abuse. not sure though.
I think I'll go with sickness and fear...
Drinking and recreational drug use perhaps?
