Umm... Im the first one here? Well, the first time I ever heard this song, I knew it was about her mother. Its a sad song, but one of my favorites too.
Definitely about her mother. How she knew that if her mom had lived, they would have been close, "best friends". This song really hits me. I've always loved Rose Falcon. :)
