Cuckoo! Lyrics
Your pride and joy is a pretty beast.
The baddest apples fall from rotten trees.
The little monster is a walking disease.
You got only yourself to blame--
'Cause all else failed!
And you're hot, hot on my trail,
And you know that it's not, not, not my fault,
But you know that you gotta, gotta pin the tail...
When all else fails.
Cuckoo, cuckoo!
Biting the hand that over-feeds.
Lord of the Flies ain't no mystery.
Mean as murder or precious and sweet?
You got only yourself to blame-
'Cause all else failed!
Momma hide the children.
Someone get the baby!
Momma turn all the lights on.
Somebody pull the shades!
The baddest apples fall from rotten trees.
The little monster is a walking disease.
You got only yourself to blame--
'Cause all else failed!
And you know that it's not, not, not my fault,
But you know that you gotta, gotta pin the tail...
When all else fails.
Cuckoo, cuckoo!
Lord of the Flies ain't no mystery.
Mean as murder or precious and sweet?
You got only yourself to blame-
'Cause all else failed!
Someone get the baby!
Momma turn all the lights on.
Somebody pull the shades!

Looks like it's about children being a product of their parenting. I especially like the line about "...only yourself to blame, because all else failed." Over the past few years, I think we've all seen the parents of some kid who did something stupid or terrible crying on the news blaming violent videogames, Rated-R movies, and sex-filled TV commercials for their kid's mistakes.
Cuckoo! Cuckoo!
That's a good interpretation. I really like this song and its message.
