I think this one is describing about an encounter with a charming man whose presence envelops one with a new level of uninhibited passion; he's irresistible and has the look of a saint, no possible trace of evil. -- his charm and flattery are used as devices to receive unconditional trust.. he's addictive and manipulate. "And don't you know her eyes were red?" he leaves some girl stranded without any sign of remorse but it is only his charm and insatiable need to fill his void with a mate that keeps him going. She stays firm to her judgment and doesn't throw caution to the wind because she knows her desire. "And don't you know you're life itself?" His mark can leave a scar that will never leave and change the course of someone's life forever or his ways could be recognized and heartbreak would be prevented if true to oneself. Life is suffering.
