My Damsel: A Confession To An Adversary Lyrics

Right now!

Inside this capsule
Your air will be an enemy
Instead of me
Your answers,
and your reasons and why you breathe
Faster is because inside
You hold youself for a randson now there is no way out
So how,how on earth did you ever find a way in

My damsel needs fire
My damsel breathes fire
In a whisper and she cries

Hold on to your life
And in time you'll be far away
Let go of the hate from my name
And sing songs for our escape

Your fine charisma
My tongue and twisted energy
And how they meet
Is so perfect but the protrait is dangerous
After we split hairs
And raise them cuz we made all the changes so theres no way out
So how could you see me
Your blowing smoke here
But my damsel needs fire

My damsel breathes fire
In a whisper and she cries

Hold on to your life
And in time you'll be far away
Let go of the hate from my name
And sing songs for our escape

Take hold of your life
And in time you'll be far away
Let go of the hate from my name
And sing songs for our escape

Take hold of your life
And in time you'll be far away
Let go of the hate from my name
And sing songs for our escape

My damsel breathes fire
And she cries
In a whisper and she cries

All I wanted was your attention
All I wanted was your attention
All I want is your attention
Right now!

the pre-chorus is actually "My Damned-Soul Needs Fire" followed by "My Damsel Breathes Fire"

a rather clever play on words

I love the line, "Let go of the hate from my name." It kinda reminds me of how everytime I heard this certrain's guys name, all this anger and hate would just pulse through my veins.. finally I let it go though.

i always thought this song was about someone desperate for attention "All I wanted was your attention" and they get themselves in bad situations so someone will see them "You hold yourself for a randsom now there is no way out"...well...at least i think....

Kitkatbaby, I read your comment and my jaw dropped. I feel the exact same way about that line! I hate this one guy who hurt me, but whenever I hear that line I have a feeling of peace that makes me "let go of that hate" lol This song feels like it is about two people that were imprisoned somehow.

I think "All i wanted was your attention" his the "confession" in the song, through all the good and bad times, all he ever wanted was her attention.
