I don't know what everybody else thiks of it but I personally think this part is talking about how the Government want's to correct everything and does it by force hence the "With a gun in my hand".
I personally think this song is fucking amazing. I would love to be in a 60 foot 75 mph circle pit to it. Grittier then the NYC streets it came from. this song is utter classic hardcore.
