"gegen" means "against", but here it means "for" as in "trade for".

So the correct meaning is:

My voice, for your mobile phone. My fist, for your nail-care lotion. My teeth, for those from Dr. Best and his son. My soul, for your gentle epilation.

Meaning she wants to trade all the artificial products for the real ones, her original life.

And when she says:

She means:
