I think she's in love with him, and she knows she shouldn't be. Everyone is telling her that he's no good for her, and part of her knows it too. She keeps trying to tell herself to leave him, but she just can't. So she'll stay with him until her heart can handle being without him.

i heard this song on one tree hill yesterday and i thought it was really good.

I think it's pretty obvious that this song is about a girl trusting a guy and realizing that it was a mistake when he lets her down.

Just basically says it all.

It's like she's retracing her steps in order to get back to the person she was before she met him and now she's not just going to forgive him for everything he's done.

i think this song is about losing herself, and she relizes that she is in love with her ex, but he is no good for her, meaning hes bad, but she loves him even though hes not good for her. she dosent want to love him, but she cant help it, shes drawn to him. she thinks she's crazy for loving him, but she let her heart lead her and not her head. i dono thats wat i get from it because it relates to my situation and thats what i get from it anyway tianna

I think tinanalynn is right. The girl still loves the boy...even though she knows he's no good for her.. but she can't help it.

This song can be interpreted many ways, but the way I see it is that it's about a girl who is taken and who ends up falling for another guy who would be no good for her that she knows she shouldn't like.
