Umm. This may merely be a coincidence, but there's an obscene entry on urbandictionary regarding "pink sock." It fits with the sexual goings on of the song.

as recluctant as i am to say it, this song DOES seem like its about ecstasy! and possibly a random hookup on ecstasy!
I think it's about getting high (In my opinion acid, considering he says "dropping") and having sex.

I think it's about sex on drugs, specifically ecstasy. Sometimes things look neon to people who hallucinate, and there is no reason to believe things would be neon for no reason. I don't know if ecstasy can come in rock form. Secret stash in the drawer would be drugs to me. If a teenager were singing this, I could see him referring to porn as his "secret stash." Maybe, but I'll place that under drugs as well. The explanation for "pulling out" is not there if it's just masturbation. The sock is usually just used for the wiping. "Pulling out"...
