This song was originally intended for a musician around our area who we hated, and eventually decided that it was better used as a song about hating people in general. More people could relate to that.
The name came from Me & Lee wanting a really emo sounding name, so we looked up another word for bleeding, or anything that related to blood (sanguinary). The rest of them were words of the day on a dictionary website.
The name translates into dumbed up terms as "The Uncompromisingly Excessively Sentimental Turbulent State Of Affairs Of Bleeding Hearts".
