i love this. i was so close to singing this one in my school talent show. even though i love the killers, i like this version better. :)
Much better than the orginal. I love the intro, even if the singer's breathing is annoying. And the techno-ish, electronica-ish melody distracts you from hearing the lyrics.
I'm not really sure of the meaning of this song though.
He did pick a very popular song.. but its still great.. I definitely wouldn't call it "LAME!"
It's always good to have alternative version of famous songs.
I'm sure the Killer appreciate it, and if someone hears it they might check out his other songs, so everyone's happy.

Band's do covers on popular songs all the damn time; I wanna Love You by The Maine, Umbrella by Scott Simmons, Umbrella by All Time low, Since U Been Gone by A Day To Remember, Crank Dat Cavalry Boy by I Set My Friends On Fire, Everywhere by Yellowcard etc. Playradioplay! isn't the only band doing it; and besides, it's fun to have a lot of versions of popular songs. Playradioplay! owns.
It's not lame it do a cover of a popular song, it would be deemed rather pointless to cover a song no one has ever heard wouldnt it? Plus if it's done well, theres no harm done and i personally think this version is amazing, it's so different but in a good way, though The Killers version will always be my favourite.
