Daysleeper Lyrics

Hey, hey, hey, hey

Last to know
The first to leave it
I got a good reason
To make her leave, yeah

Who brought the love to break my mom's heart?
Who skipped a day for me to follow
Who shot the lull that gave my first start, I
I did
Come on

(Chorus)
I don't think I'll ever sleep through the day
And tell me what you want to think from this day

Sing along
Ahhh radio
When you feet just jumped the gun
Little one

I know that all of my love the weight of one night
All of my dreams will go out of style
All of my love the fate of one fight
I, I did
Come on

(C)

All of my dreams
Waiting for me
All of the signs
That I can't see
Every way
I thought it should be
Baby's alarm was triggered by me
With all of my friends
With all of my ghosts
All of the reasons
Reasons I want you the most

(C)

Get get get get
Get get get get
Get that girl!
Get that girl!

I don't think these lyrics are all right. I always thought it was "I've got a good reason to make a move" "I don't think you'll ever sleep through the day, and tell me what you want think from this day." "I know that all my love the way I want died, all of my dreams will go out of style. All of my love the fate of one's fight." This is my favorite UTIOG song. Love it.

This song is bad-ass. Suprised this band is not more popular...between this song, Mama's Room, Bones, and In the Clouds, they should be. Luv how towards the end there is that same repeating guitar riff and the singer adds random vocal sounds.....awesome.
