I love this song! its so amazing, plus the clapping rules. I think is about a relationship that got started thnx to a mix tape.
I agree that it is about giving a mix tape to someone you care about. Obviously the creator put a lot of time into it, but it was probably overlooked (such as the hidden meanings of the track selections).
It's pretty simple-minded and straightforward.
