I can actually relate to this song very much. It's actually about someone who still has love for an ex. They know that they have obviously moved on with their life, but they just want to know if they think of them sometime, because they still think of the ex. Obviously, because they know that the ex has a fiance and just had a baby. They don't want them back hence the line "tell your fiance he can relax," they just want to know if they think of them.
