By the time you read the letter
I'll be gone
Feelin' better, I'll be strong
Without you to be dependent upon
Sometimes I can't believe this is it
This is life: live, die, don't exist
And life grows from earth where I decompose
So don't start shakin' branches
Sometimes circumstances
Make romance a stone
And don't go losin' your sleep
Over what you could not keep
Hush your sighs, just shush
Your big baby blue eyes
Maybe it's way better this way
Anyway, what's the difference?
Makes no difference to me
I'll be gone
Feelin' better, I'll be strong
Without you to be dependent upon
This is life: live, die, don't exist
And life grows from earth where I decompose
Sometimes circumstances
Make romance a stone
Over what you could not keep
Hush your sighs, just shush
Your big baby blue eyes
Anyway, what's the difference?
Makes no difference to me

hmmm
This song has become my early morning gospel song these days. It's soo clean and crisp and clear..
and its clearly a breakup song. She wrote him a letter and she left. she's obviously too dependant on him for being happy and with out him she feels incomplete.. She doesn't know wether her decision is right or wrong and through this song she is consolling both him and herself..
Shes even trying to tell herself that all of this doesnt matter to her, but it does.
