Faded Clouds

Levitating through the fires heart,
inching slowly closer leaves a brutal scar
Displayed with violence leaves me high and proud,
locking my feelings beneath the faded clouds
Open wounds leak my feelings out,
the ones that cripple with a lethal shout
Ripping through time just to get to you,
at war with myself, infections bled and grew
So ask yourself if you're the reason why,
I tilt my head up to ask for answers from the sky
Direction of the bullet edging slowly to my head,
life's timer is empty, I've moved on instead
changing from living, to the fate of dead
Every success is another lie,
I am my own human sacrifice
Trading my views on society,
