i think it's about an amazing beautiful girl who is really into pills (eating their faces) and loves clubbing (disco) and is rich and beautiful and everyone loves her. or it could be about how when you're on pills you think you're great and beatiful and that everyone's thinking you are and how you love everyone, as it's very optomistic and happy.
You guys have it wrong. "Disco" is slang for cocaine. I think this song is referring to some sort of "scene" type girl that parties with her "disco friends" and they do a bunch of coke. it is "eating their faces from the inside out" since coke gives peoples face a sunken appearance as it decays it from the inside out.
i think it's about a girl who gets into the party scene, with drugs and all, and her friends and herself are what people consider "hipsters" or indie kids.
