Mallory: The "red monkey junkie" part is referring to the Red Monkey line of jeans, a very expensive brand of jeans ($700+ for some) that is favored by rappers and real drug dealers a-like. So he's basically just saying he loves to wear red monkey jeans and that he probably has a lot of them. The "Mr. 17-5" is him saying his "number" (price for narcotics, in this case a kilogram of cocaine), which is $17,500. Many rappers, Pimp C of UGK for one, has called him out saying how he wasn't getting no $17,500 number in Atlanta; maybe in...
