I think that means he's tired of seeing that person so closed minded

perhaps it means he's tired of seeing her with the wrong crowd or guy or living at/in the wrong college or city or w/e, and he feels like she could have it better but he can't/won't change her mind

This is like my favorite song on the album. The "hey yeah hey hey" is kinda catchy sounding in the beginning, and I love how the Chorus sounds, I like the line "why won't you stay? you're so far away"

i feel like this song is about having feelings for someone that is with someone you know isn't right for them. and it makes you sick because you know that they could be so much better off if they would just see your side of it. your friends tell you to move on because you'll never be with this person but that isn't what you want to hear and although you know they are right, you refuse to listen to them. and nothing is more annoying than hearing "i told you so" when it doesn't work out in your favor. (hence the title.) it is upsetting because there isn't much you can do.. you just have to live with the cards you are dealt.

This song is about Aaron looking at someone and seeing how far away from god they are. he's tried to witness to them but they just won't have it, and he's gonna give them space but not give up on them

emm i think it's about how people tell you that you have to be something and he's like "no thanks" he's talking about how close-minded these people are and he's making his example... very aaron gillespie-ish haha, but I'm not sure... this is just what i gathered from it...

I'm not sure if this is right, but this is my take on part of it:

• the speaker is used to the person changing that it just seems like their roles: the speaker is just coasting through and waiting for the return and the friend is being fake or whatever.

"I've never been so sick of...so sick of seeing you so... you so blind" - the speaker is tired of seeing the friend being so oblivious to what he/she is doing and how people are affectd.

"All of these things you offer to, The ones who forget you" -the person the song is about tends to try to impress people who are not really his/her friends

"I'll never go, I don't wanna know (I don't need to know) Why won't you stay, your so far away (I don't need to" - the person is leaves the speaker often and seems to be a different person while they are "away"
