Burnface Lyrics

The education has surpassed the ailment.
She died from the inside so she got what she deserved.
No one ever has an excuse to be this careless.
And you will get what you deserve.
We are surrounded, and it's not getting any better.
Die in the bed that you made for yourself.
Stricken with a virus made for the outcast but fitted for the uneducated.
You deserve whatever you get.
The combining blood triggered the beginning of the end and the rest is history.
So real and so horrifying that it couldn't possibly happen to anyone.
We are at war and you fight with disease.
And you will get what you deserve.

I would say that it is about smoking because of the "Die in the bed that you made for yourself" part and "She died from the inside so she got what she deserved. No one ever has an excuse to be this careless." and others. But that wouldn't make much sense since the band smokes. So maybe I'm just being stupid but that's what I got out of it -_-

actually, vincent is staight-edge, doesn't smoke/drink or any of that shit

"stricken with a virus made for the outcast but fit for the uneducated"

that screams "STDs" i think it's definitely about AIDS or some other sexually transmitted disease

he's talking about a girl that died of AIDS....I say AIDS specifically because he says "a virus made for the outcast", and AIDS was first contracted by a gay person back when being gay wasn't socially acceptable and there weren't hardly any gay rights activists. plus he says "the combining blood triggered the beginning of the end".

"and you will get what you deserve." love that line.
