Say what you will Lyrics
If I were to die today my life would be more then okay
For the time that I spent with you
Its like a dream come true
If this was a last goodbye
No more tears to dry
I would say it one more time
Its been more then fine
How could’ve known
How could’ve shown
Say what you will before its to late
Say what you will mmhmm
Say what you will before its to late
Say what you will mmhmm
If you were to walk away
Know you couldn’t stay
Think of all the times we’ve had
All the good and bad
How could’ve known
How could’ve shown
Say what you will before its to late
Say what you will mmhmm
Say what you will before its to late
Say what you will mmhmm
All the time that I was holding back
Just trying to protect myself
I want you to know
I loved you more then that
Say what you will before its to late
Say what you will mmhmm
Say what you will before its to late
Say what you will mmhmm (x2)
If I were to die today my life would be more then okay

This song makes me cry.
this song pulls on my heartstrings... really hard.
i heard this on degrassi
I love this song. I first heard it on Degrassi The Next Generation...for JT Yorke's memorial tribute. Like most loyal Degrassi fans, I was crying my eyes out.
Although, when our school grieved the deaths of two beloved seniors, within two weeks of each other, I remembered this song. I remember being so confused about death, and thinking it wasn't fair and that kids my age weren't supposed to die this early...I just cried. it's hard, dealing with grief and this song...it's basically saying "present your friends and family with their eulogies now, because they won't be able to hear how much you love them from inside a coffin."
great song, i love how it's performed. awesome.
I heard this song on degrassi at jt's memorial tribute. I cried so hard when I saw that episode...
sigh i, like almost every American female teenager, only know this song because i heard it on degrassi. but, i will try to forget that it was played for my most beloved character's funeral and will try to interpret it. i think it's about the importance of enjoying life and spending it with the one you love the most for as long as you can, even if it doesn't last. so that way, when your about to die and you reflect on your life, it's one less thing you can regret not doing.
