my friend in My Children, My Bride just stayed at dallas' house the other night and told me that dallas told him this song was about matthew hasting's (singer for mcmb) father. i'm not sure how it is because i don't know matthew's personal life but it's somewhat of a hint towards getting the true meaning behind the song. or something.
