I'm not hip to his lingo. What exactly do these phrases mean?

When I googled "back seat bingo," some website about slang from the 50's said it was "necking in a car."
I'm guessing "smoggin in my noggin" has something to do with smoke? There's usually a lot of smoke at parties and what not, so... ? And noggin means head. Maybe there is so much smoke, it felt like his head was filled with it.
And I have no clue what "friggin in the rigging" means, ha.

I think maybe it means they were havin sex cuz sometimes ppl who dont like to swear say "AH Frig!' or "Friggit!" instead of Fuck so frigging to me means fucking and rigging is part of a ship like the shit that conests the sails and masts i dont know what that has to do with bangin tho?
friggin in the riggin is a sex pistols reference, which a song all about filthy things on a ship. it basically describes a big-ass party where all this crazy shit was happening
