Ar first i thought maybe it was about a postitute. Now i think its about a stipper. i agree why is there a&b, katie must be his girlfriend. shes one katie by day and another by night. "So its doesn't matter if your scared of what your names is" obviously she dosent want to use her real name.

well, that's what i got from it. i agree with silentmafia.
i think "katie a and katie b" represent the girl's double life. maybe katie a is who she really is, and how she acts when she's not working. then katie b comes out when she's stripping/working. some strippers are actually really shy , but they put on this sexy act at work because, well, strippers are supposed to be sexy, hahah.
