i think it's "the levels of...subtle details..."

and i think it's "i don't need a roof but..." and then maybe "little boy(s)" ?

i never heard the "nigga" part of it until now. o_O

beautiful and strange song.

I think the whispered part is "the levels are fantastic...subtle details are (something)" I assume it's the singing girl getting the levels right before recording and commenting on how good the setup is and how she comes through even when whispering.
