Massive Attack's original version is much, much better, if you haven't heard it yet.
in my opinion, this version kicks the shit out of the original, mainly due to Lanegan's vocals.
Hmmm, wouldn't say it kicks the shit, but I prefer it because of Lanegan. Terry Callier shouldn't be snubbed tho - he's brilliant... but you know... it's Lanegan. :)
Lanegan sounds so sexy singing this song. This whole EP (A Stitch In Time) is sexy.
I agree with those that think this is better than the original, and I do love the original, big MA fan. But I think the music PLUS the vocals add up to the more intriguing, enveloping sound, not just the new vocals.
