Father time fell ill to night
Fight the war with the windows tight
And my tin throne's blown to kingdom come
Now I need you here so I can I move my bones

For all the horror, for all the stains
All of over the walls
All of over my brains

Father time fell into night
The fire water's burning all too bright
But she knows that and knows the path
The roads I run have drilled a hole in the world

The television paints a tunneled picture
So pile on the bend as the walls grow thicker
And carry on the end

Father time is shivering cold
Searching the hills for sex and gold
I ran my body straight out my soul
It hurt so bad I sank into her

And I got lost in the weight of one

Father time took off tonight
Left mother nature to grow and die
The rain machines now rain in fire
I sold all my water just to stay alive

And I am getting so so tired
And I am feeling so

So no one get confuse, the question marks mean I don't know the line, not just the word before them.

As to the song meaning, I'm not too sure since I doubt my lyrics to it are completely right. But if I had to guess, I think it be about fighting to survive, that or fighting a addiction.

Can't wait till the album comes out on the 29th of March. BUY it people, DON'T download it.

I have been waiting for the lyrics to be posted somewhere since they put the song up. thanks for posting them, even if they aren't 100% accurate.

and I agree, don't have a friend send you the cd or download it off some website. they desperately need the money and the money could possibly go towards a tour!

Nah it's obviously Father Time cause he refers to Mother Nature also, interesting song, love it nonetheless, but I really don't LOVE the way he tries to strain his voice in this one compared to the other ones it's just kinda strange, faster tempo isn't too bad either just hoping American Low, Planto, and Gin War weren't songs he was holding back during Northstar and the other songs aren't going to be as meaningful, burn me all you want lol but just my opinion and I like it...

"But all the war, all the stains All of over the walls All of over my brains"

"Father time fell ill tonight The fire waters is burning all too bright But she knows that and knows the path The roads outrun have drilled a hole in the world"

Thats what I hear whenever I listen to the song. I could be wrong though.
