This song is about drugs. Brown, yellow and white are the colours of the more well known drugs. It's all about drugs wasting your life away. The second verse is the aftermath, what becomes of those people that rely solely on drugs.

On a side-note: I love the guitar riff once the song kicks in.

It would seem its about drug abuse and how it turns your life to shit. Possibly heroine, by the "liquid love" line.

to me this song is about a homeless person that feels that nothing is ever going to change.

-feeding off humanity meens like using money that you beg for to get food and feeling like nothing is ever going to change.paper bags filled will liquid love is the beer u get when you get it at 7 eleven or a convinience store(they give you beer in a bag)

-steel benches and carboard beds is what the homeless person sleeps on. sheets of black and white is newspaper that he uses as blankets. living off garbage is obviously eating food out of the garbages to survive.
