mmmm i love this song veryy amazing and well preformed -i think the song is about a girl. who was pretty much a liar and everything she said was a load-a-shit and he saw that right from the start and didnt fall for her stunts and things she said i guess..? i donno but its a really good song i love it
i have no idea what the connection is with where the wild things are. maybe they thought they could make a great song by naming it after a great book?

But yah.. I can relate to this song. Basically, the girl is a liar. He gave her a chance, but she played games with him. He didn't give into it though, and he won't give in to her games. And she has this "innocent" front, but he sees the monster underneath. So basically, he's telling her how worthless she is, and that they're done.

i see the connection with this song and the book/movie.
when max first meets the monsters, he lies about everything. he says hes a king, and tell them a whole bunch of lies about his life and where he came from. then they were civilized towards him. then when they find out he lied some of them go back to the "monsters" they were before. :]
