Dont worry im not here to bash , i like the used.
I like their screaming / hardcore stuff.
This on the other side , sounds korn-ish.
And if the stuff that everycliche said its true then... , ive got to say they are seeking attention.

Quinn Allman has said that it is about a "singer with short blond hair", which has been taken to mean Gerard Way of My Chemical Romance. When asked if he thought that the subject of the song would be offended by the song, Bert McCracken answered that he thinks that he will love it and wish he had written it. I know that's not much of an opinion, but I just thought I should put that up.
I don't think it's really meant to seek attention, although Bert's comment was rather... obnoxious. Bands are always writing about the stuff that is hurting them or has hurt them and I really don't find it very surprising that a song was written about the whole Bert/Gerard feud. Not that I mean it's necessarily still hurting Bert...But why else write the song?
Unless he's just being a jirk. But I'm supremely hoping that he wouldn't sink that low.
I like this song 10x more since i found out it was about Gay-rard. For some reason I can't stand MCR. I keep on giving them chances and sometimes start liking their songs. Then after several times listening to a song of theirs i end up HATING it. The Used are much better in my opinion and I'm glad to see a feud between these 2 bands.
Honestly, I can't stand MCR either. I hate their stupid black parade CD, I keep trying to give them chances too but I can't listen to them. The Used is a wayyyyyy better band.

oh, and everytime i think of the used new cd coming out this spring I nut my pants! They are in my top 3 fav. bands ever. I'd like to get another taste of it besides this song.
This cd is gonna be good , poppy , commercial and catchy.

well these aren't the complete lyrics, they played it last night at taste of chaos, and i know in the second verse he says something about "resserection" not that that helps or anything. i just though i should tell you.
i think they wrote a few songs about the bert/gerard feud, cause they played a lot of new stuff, like this song liar liar [i assume that was the name] & he's like "you're a fucking liar!" idk. but i have suspicions that it's about that feud. new album drops may 8th! get stoked

It's official. The name of the new Used album is "Lies For The Liars." It will be released on May 8th.
I agree with bunnys_speak_words, I saw them two days ago at the tasteof chaos too & they played some new songs. I think some of the new album songs are gonna be about the feud.
