I think this song is about somebody in western Canada who is going to a rodeo. It is very cold outside but he doesn't care because his pickup truck has a good heating system. He meets a handicapped frind of his who has one testicle but enjoys masturbating. The narrator of the song has anger issues especially concerning people who don't square dance properly. That's what I think but I could be WAY OFF.
